GroStaff has the first Cannabis Healthcare platform. We help give you access to a number of health benefits and a variety of work-life benefits. Certain assignments may include paid-time off, paid lunches, and sick time. Ask your recruiter for further information regarding benefits.
Each assignment is specific to our client’s needs. An assignment can be temp-to-hire after 90 days, a short-term assignment (1 to 3 months) or possibly even a long term assignment that can last for years. It’s important that you work with your recruiter in order to place you in a role that fits your short term or long term objectives.
Employees on assignment or contacted are paid weekly. Payroll is run from Sunday to Saturday. You will receive your paycheck (Mailed), direct deposit every Friday, or loaded onto a debit card.. We recommend signing up for Direct Deposit, so funds can be delivered directly to your bank account on Thursday. You may also request to receive a loadable debit card in the event the local mail service takes longer than expected. Loadable debit cards will be deposited every week.

We are proud to present the GroStaffReferral Program. This program is very simple to participate in, and benefits all parties involved. The program relies on you, the person filling out the referral form, to refer your friends, colleagues and acquaintances to our company. With the information that you provide, one of our experienced recruiters will reach out to the person(s) that you have referred to see if they are willing to explore the various new opportunities we may have with our clients.
Like any great referral program, there is always a monetary benefit for a successful placement. The GroStaff Referral Program has a tiered payout structure which increases every time a person you refer is successfully placed. By definition, a successful placement is when the referred candidate is placed with a client and has completed ninety (90) working business days. Once the ninety (90) days has been completed, a check will be sent to the referring individual. For a complete break-down of payout amounts, please refer to the Candidate Referral Program Form.

You can download the Time Card (Weekly) Make sure that your supervisor has signed off on the time card for approval. You may also signup for our digital time card system if the client elects to use it.
W-2 forms are mailed out the last week of January to the address you provide for us. If you move after your employment with SSG please make sure to call your local branch and update your address. For more information, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org titled “W-2” in the subject line.
Please contact your local branch to get an EIN number for employment verification.
GroStaff only hires individuals that are eligible to work in the United States. For additional information on work eligibility, please refer to the U.S. immigration services website.
You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with GroStaff.
Most of GroStaff's positions are available to permanent residents and green card holders. All individuals must be eligible to work in the United States with current and up to date documentation. Some of GroStaff's clients have strict eligibility requirements, as they require high level security clearances that are affiliated with the Federal Government or authorized Federal Contractors.
