Aggregate Information about Our Visitors

In general, we gather aggregate information about our visitors, including which areas of our site users visit most frequently and what services they access most often. This anonymous information helps us determine what our users want and need, and it helps us create a better overall experience for you. In an ongoing effort to improve each visitor’s experience, we may share this aggregate information with others.

Your Personal Information
When you sign up to use a service, we may request specific information about you, such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number, and we may use that information to make you aware of additional services offered by GroStaff that may be of interest to you, or to inform you of site or service changes. We may also ask you for other information, such as the types of jobs that interest you, in an effort to deliver to you the best possible experience. We provide you with the opportunity to opt out of these types of communications. If you choose to receive these types of communications but later decide you no longer want to receive them, you may opt out at any time. To opt out, find the “unsubscribe” link in the email you received (usually located at the bottom of the email), and your email address will be deleted from our email distribution list. We will never sell your information, nor will we share it with third parties not directly related to your job search.

Resume/Applications
You have the option of applying for a specific job directly by email, which may have your resume attached. You also have the option of filling out an online application form, which may contain similar information to that in your resume. By providing GroStaff with this information, you acknowledge that it may be forwarded, transmitted or otherwise viewed by clients of GroStaff.

To enhance your experience with us, we use a “cookie.” Cookies are small files that your Web browser places on your computer’s hard drive. We use cookies to remember user names, passwords and preferences; tracking click streams; and for load balancing. Because of our use of cookies, we can deliver faster service; consistent, updated results; and a more personalized site experience. You have the option of setting your browser to reject cookies.
